About The HelpDesk The Bethel ITS HelpDesk is designed to help students, faculty, and staff with their computing needs. We provide an Academic Computer Lab with Technical Assistants (TA's) available to assist you and a phone HelpDesk to answer your questions and attempt to solve your computer problems. Faculty and staff may also check out projectors, laptops and other various equipment. If you have a computer issue you may contact us using any of the methods listed below.
